Content that actually helps your end users – so they don’t get sick of you, mark you as spam, or even worse, just blatantly ignore your emails.
That’s why I’ve bent over backwards over the years trying to refine my own game, so I don’t bore (or upset) you to the point of unsubscribing, or inertia.
