For those who have been paying attention I’ve recently changed from OptimizePress to the Genesis Framework.
Genesis is great for developers and the pro pack has such an impressive selection of themes, that it’s ideal for anyone regardless of their intentions or skillset.
I’ve also deleted a significant quantity of my content on the page.
Why? Well, because Genesis is more adequately composed for a blog, and OptimizePress is designed primarily for static pages.
I’m basically having fun with Genesis at this point. It’s very “sexy” out of the box.
Anyway, I wanted to talk to you about getting my site indexed in less than a minute
(Literally a second after I published this post here, it was indexed on Google).
Want to know my secret?
It’s simple; I jacked up my ping services list from within the WordPress settings configuration.
Check out the exact list I used here.
Of course, using a massive list of ping services each time you publish a post won’t guarantee an instantaneous index, but other variables aside it will give you a lot of instant dissemination.
Also consider using paid services to ensure a truly widespread dissemination of your domains. I prefer this tool here.
