Here's My Best Exercise For Improving Your Writing...
If there's one thing that I absolutely love about technology, it's that there are so many awesome ways to publish written content.
Writing is something that I spend a ton of time focusing on.
Whether I'm creating course content, brainstorming blog posts, or writing tiny little email newsletters, I love, and am obsessed with writing.
That’s the funny part about writing.
You don’t really have to be the best writer in the world.
If you write enough content, SOMEONE is going to notice it.
Here’s the major secret to becoming a better writer; it’s to focus on the people who actually LOVE your content.
You can’t please everyone, and every second wasted on those who do not gravitate towards your style is truly a waste.
The only thing you can do, is constantly write.
Never stop writing.
It doesn’t take long. If you can focus for 5 minutes per day, then that’s all you need to become a better writer.
How much would this consistency be worth to you?
I’d wager, that it would be the best part of your day, and it would be 5 minutes well spent.
Because, you’d be focusing on something that you truly endeavor to improve.
But then let me ask you, how did you find this email newsletter?
Maybe you found it in an email that I sent you.
Or, maybe you even found it on Google.
Or, maybe someone posted it on Twitter, LinkedIn, or on Pinterest.
So, I propose to you, that you have plenty of time to spare.
You have everything it takes to become a better writer.
Now, the only thing you have to do, is break open notepad.exe, and start brainstorming.
And then tomorrow, do it again. And then the next day, and the next day, and the next day.
Sooner or later, what’s going to happen?
And have an awesome day.
